DECLARATION
of 22 April 2015
repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides for Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature Protection and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., and pursuant to Act No. 79 (4) (h) Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature Protection and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Repeal
The following shall be deleted:
1. The Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 18334 / 55 on the establishment of the state natural reserve Sandy Pond, of 4 July 1956.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Czech Republic No. 815 / 56 - A / 6 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation Kamenný vrch, of 4 July 1956.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture No. 59 571 / 54 - IX, on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation Stonač, of 17 March 1955.
4. The Decree of the Ministry of Culture No 45 962 / 54 - IX of 21 July on the establishment of the protection conditions and extension of the area of the state natural reservation "Black Mine," established by the Decree of the Ministry of Education and National Education No 143.547 / 33- of 31 December 1933.
5. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Czech Republic No. 55761 / 56 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation "Dubno," of 4 July 1956.
6. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture No. 3.025 / 70- II / 2 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Kotvice, of 10 March 1970.
7. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and National Instruction No. 143.547 / 33- on the protection of the natural monument "Buka u Vysoké chvoň," of 31 December 1933.
8. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts No 31.046 / 52-IV / 5 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Phežantník v Uhersk, u Holc," of 15 March 1952.
9. Decree of the District Office of Jindřich Hradec on the establishment of the Nature Reserve "Bloody and Kachležský Pond," of 14 November 1994.
10. Order of the District Office of Jindřich Hradec, on the change of the boundaries of the natural reserve of Krvavý and Kachležský pond, dated 1 August 1996.
11. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture No. 1312 / 53, on the establishment of the natural monument "Behind the potter," of 30 September 1953.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2015.
