on the total quantity of electricity and gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2013
The Energy Regulatory Authority in accordance with Article 17d (4) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, declares, for the purposes of determining the annual amount of the special charge for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority, the total amount of electricity and gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2013 for which electricity market participants and gas market participants pay the price for the clearing of the market operator in accordance with the price regulations:
1. The total amount of electricity at which electricity market participants pay the price for clearing the market operator consumed in the Czech Republic in 2013 in accordance with price regulations was
57 137 587,25 MWh.
2. The total amount of gas for which gas market participants pay the price for clearing the market operator consumed in the Czech Republic in 2013 in accordance with price regulations was
87 854 460,102 MWh.
