DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 16 / 2005 Coll., on the organisation of the school year, as amended by Decree No. 322 / 2008 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 24 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act):
In Article 3 (1) of Decree No. 16 / 2005 Coll., on the organisation of the school year, the words "oral examinations of the final examination or discharge 'are replaced by the words" common part of the final examination or before the beginning of the oral examinations of the final examination; The report shall be sent by analogy to pupils at the Conservatory before the joint part of the graduation examination and before the oral discharge tests are carried out'.
Efficacy
This Decree takes effect on 5 April 2012.
