amending Decree No. 38 / 2001 Coll., on sanitary requirements for food and food contact products, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., to implement § 26 (1) (b) and (d) of the Act:
Decree No. 38 / 2001 Coll., on sanitary requirements for products intended to come into contact with food and dishes, as amended by Decree No. 186 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 207 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 551 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 271 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 386 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 127 / 2009 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. footnote 1 shall read:

Transitional provision
Polycarbonate infant bottles containing bisphenol A may be placed on the market or imported until 1 June 2011 at the latest.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2011.
