DECLARATION
of 8 March 2005
laying down a model for the annual report on the management of rough diamonds
According to Article 32 (3) of Act No. 440 / 2003 Coll., on the treatment of rough diamonds, on the terms of their import, export and transit and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 60 / 2005 Coll.:
The model of the annual report form is set out in the annex to this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
