on the enumeration of railway lines included in the European rail system
The Ministry of Transport pursuant to § 3a (3) of Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., announces that on the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union, national railway lines are to be included in the European rail system in the territory of the Czech Republic listed in the following table. These lines are simultaneously included in the trans-European rail freight network, in short TERFN.1)
