GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 February 2002
determining the amount of the advance for the types of back-up which have been selected
The Government orders pursuant to § 50 (1) of Act No. 477 / 2001 Coll., on Packaging and on the amendment of certain laws (the Law on Packaging) to implement § 9 (9):
The amount of the advance for the types of back-up repayable is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall take effect on the 45th day following that of its publication.
