Decree of the Ministry of Trade of the Czech Socialist Republic on the purchase of goods by organizations in retail stores

on the purchase of goods by organisations in retail stores
The Ministry of Trade of the Czech Socialist Republic provides in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 56 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 127 / 1981 Coll., on Internal Trade (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the implementation of § 5 of the Act:
§ 1
(1) Organisations may purchase goods at retail stores operating in cash, provided that the purchase amount per day at a single cash settlement centre does not exceed 500 CZK.
(2) The accounting treasury is the treasury of the organisation and the place with a permanent settlement deposit for small editions established by the organisation.
§ 2
If the purchase of goods exceeds 500, - Kčs, the organisation submits a written order and pays it casually on the basis of an invoice.
§ 3
The organisation may request the Regional National Committee to implement the measure provided for in Article 33 (a) of the Act in cases where certain goods are needed for proper and smooth supply of citizens.
§ 4
Decree of the Minister of Internal Trade No. 10 / 1966 Coll., on the purchase of goods in the internal trade by socialist organisations, is hereby repealed.
§ 5
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1986.
