THE LAW
of 13 November 1984
concerning the extension of the basic area of the holiday to the recovery and the addition of Article 5 of the Labour Code
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Čl. I
Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity benefits and on child benefits from sickness insurance, Act No. 153 / 1969 Coll., amending and supplementing the Labour Code, Act No. 20 / 1975 Coll., amending and supplementing certain other provisions of the Labour Code, and Act No. 72 / 1982 Coll., amending and supplementing Section 105 of the Labour Code, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 5, the words "and fire protection corps' shall be inserted after the words" Czechoslovak seamen '.
2. Paragraph 101 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The basic area of leave shall be three calendar weeks in a calendar year."
3. Paragraph 2 is deleted in Paragraph 101. Paragraphs 3 to 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 2 to 4.
Čl. II
Act No. 122 / 1975 Coll., on Agricultural Cooperatives, is amended as follows:
Article 54 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The basic area of leave shall be three calendar weeks in a calendar year."
2. Paragraph 54 (2) is deleted. Paragraphs 3 to 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 2 to 4.
Čl. III
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1985.
