The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 54 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Annex No 2 to Decree No 59 / 1980 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods, as amended by Decree No 108 / 1981 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No 59 / 1980 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods, the following entry is added:
"22nd mopeds and motorcycles of foreign production."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
