DECLARATION
Czech Labour Safety Authority
of 24 September 1973
amending Decree No. 18 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of labour safety inspectors
According to § 2 (3) and § 5 (1) (a) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., the Czech Labour Safety Authority provides:
1. The Labour Safety Inspectorate for the City of Brno, based in Brno, is hereby repealed and the responsibility of this Inspectorate is transferred to the Labour Safety Inspectorate for the South Moravian Region based in Brno.
2. in § 1 of Decree No. 18 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of labour security inspectors, point 2 is deleted and points 3 to 9 are renumbered to points 2 to 8.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 1973.
