The Office of the Czech National Council, as authorised by the Bureau of the Czech National Council of 3 November 1972, lists Article 15 of the ČNR Act No. 86 / 1972 Coll., on the breeding of livestock, in accordance with the order of the Bureau of the Czech National Council by which the Act was declared.
Article 15 (1) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) to provide livestock farmers with timely information on the results of performance checks and checks on the inheritance of performance characteristics, and to carry out further advisory activities relating to performance checks and performance checks,"
Article 15 (2) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) transfer the breeding organisation of the progeny - in the poultry, the hatching eggs which it selects itself to a joint control breeding operation to ensure the reproduction of breeding animals and the need for testing, in return for the replacement provided for in the price regulation.";
