of 18 July 1968
adjusting the amount of the supplement for working in night shifts
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 117 of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll. and § 12 of Act No. 53 / 1968 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation and Scope of Certain Central Authorities, in an Agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions:
(1) The supplement provided under the wage rules to workers for night shift work of 0,80 CZK per hour worked can be increased according to the conditions of the workplace and financial resources of the organisation up to 2 CZK and for workers who work exclusively at night, up to 3 CZK.
(2) The organisations in which a collective agreement is concluded shall determine the amount of the premium in that contract. in other organisations, determine its level in agreement with the relevant trade union body.
(3) The other conditions for granting the premium laid down in the wage rules remain unaffected.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
