amending certain provisions of Decree No. 126 / 1964 Coll., on contact between national railways and haulage and on relations between participating organisations (trawl conditions)
The Ministry of Transport in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 4 of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways provides:
Decree No. 126 / 1964 Coll., on contact between national and tugboat tracks and on relations between participating organisations (trawl conditions) is amended as follows:
1. § 6 - the whole text is replaced by the following:
Safety of operation and use of railway wagons
(1) In the interests of railway safety, the tractor shall in particular:
(a) notify the trailer station of any accident and any damage to the wagon on the train, in particular the derailment of the vehicle and the defects detected on the wagon;
(b) notify the trailer station of a detected failure on the tractor which could jeopardise the safety of the tractor;
(c) maintain a cross-section and prescribed free areas along the tracks;
(d) properly provide wagons against drift;
(e) the brake couplings shall be clamped or suspended,
(f) ensure, in the prescribed manner, all removable components on wagons;
(g) to use only equipment approved by CSDs for the handling of wagons, in a specified manner.
(2) Without the prior approval of the trailer station, the tractor shall not:
(a) use the railway wagon after unloading or before loading the consignment for local transport;
(b) to load the wagon of foreign railway administrations after unloading the consignment returned for transport;
(c) use a container or refrigerated vehicle for the loading of goods other than authorised goods;
(d) send an empty CSD tank or cooling wagon to a destination station other than that specified by the trailer station.
(3) A tractor shall pay for failure to comply with one of those provisions:

2. § 8 - the whole text is replaced by the following:
Tracking
(1) If the operational conditions of the railway station and trawls so require, the ČSD, in cooperation with the tractor, shall draw up and issue on its load uniform technological procedures for the work of the station and the train.
(2) Both the tractor and the CSD must create conditions for continuous, continuous unloading and uniform loading.
(3) During the duration of the carriage on the train, the CSDs collect the fee according to the Tarif of wagon mail (TVZ).
(4) The connection station shall report the wagons fitted by the train and vice versa and shall monitor their handling on the train.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 1967.
