on the statement of the main track Chomutov - Křimov for the secondary track.
Under Section 5, paragraph 5 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No. 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), I declare:
The Ministry of Transport, as a railway administration, has previously requested a resolution from the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, declares, pursuant to § 5, paragraph 4 of the Railway Act, that the main railway Chomutov - Křimov belongs with effect from 1 September 1948 to the group of secondary railway lines.
