repealing charges on trade, trade and notarial books.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
All provisions on the fee for trade and trade books shall be deleted.
The provisions on the charge on repertoria, conducted on notarial negotiations, and on the protest protocols (Pol. 29 / 74, Law No 1) and on the charge on the book of proceedings, the book of protests and the public notaries' depository [Pol. 24 / 65, point (g) of the Fee Rules] are deleted.
Paragraphs 1 and 2 shall also apply to books which have been subject to a fee obligation under the existing rules between 1 January 1947 and the date on which this law takes effect. The fees will not be returned.
The rules on the fee of the extracts from trade and trade books (§ 8, paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Act of 19 February 1946, No 32 Coll., on the unification and adaptation of certain fee regulations) remain in force.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
