Government Regulation
of 18 October 1945
supplementing the Government Decree of 5 March 1927, No 16 Coll., on the treatment of the service and pay ratios of craft workers in the technical service of construction and maintenance and in the automotive operation of the Czechoslovak Post.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 210 of the Act of 24 June 1926, No. 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (Law of 24 June 1926):
Paragraph 4 of Decree-Law No 16 / 1927 Coll. is added by paragraph 2 of the following text:
"The Minister of Post may waive the condition laid down in paragraphs 1, 5, (a) or (b) of the worker who took up work at the Czechoslovak Post Office before 1 October 1938, he was employed on 1 January 1945 by craftsmanship of the category of mechanics or installers and carried out such work by that date for at least 6 years, having successfully passed the test before the Special Commission of the Postal Administration on the fact that he had acquired the necessary expertise and skill. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1945 and shall apply in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Post.
