of 31 March 2023
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract for 2023 concluded on 16 December 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy;
2. Collective contract of higher degree (for a. s. and s. r. o.) for 2023 concluded on 16 December 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Department of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia - Section of the Road Economy
and
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy;
3. Collective contract for 2023 concluded on 4 January 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile-clothing-leather industry;
4. Collective contract of higher degree for 2023 and beyond concluded on 22 December 2022 between the Contracting Parties
Umbrella Mobility Union
and
Umbrella Mobility Employers' Association;
5. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Agreement for 2022 to 2025 of 30 November 2021 concluded on 9 December 2022 between the Contracting Parties

6. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
