ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 26 February 2021
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on the grounds of health threats related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, the Government has decided to take emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (c) and (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act, as amended.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
I. orders foreigners holding an employee card or a blue card to notify the employer's change to the Ministry of the Interior at the latest on the date of entry, in the case of an employer carrying out emergency measures or assisting in the implementation of emergency measures; the conditions for employment shall be deemed to have been fulfilled by the notification provided that at the same time a declaration by the employer implementing or assisting in the implementation of emergency measures is supported at a time of emergency, published by the Ministry of Interior; no communication of compliance by the Ministry of the Interior;
II. approves the possibility of foreigners to change the employer in the Czech Republic without the need to fulfil the condition of six months of previous employment in the Czech Republic (§ 42g (7) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended).
