DECLARATION
of 15 April 2011
amending Decree No. 492 / 2005 Coll., on Regional Standards, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 161 (4) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-school, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
Čl. I
Decree No. 492 / 2005 Coll., on Regional Standards, as amended by Decree No. 47 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 33 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 8 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 11 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (q):
"(q) 1 child, 1 pupil in a school group who are admitted to regular daily attendance,"
2. in Article 2 (3) (a), the words "child or" shall be inserted after the words "pupil at primary school."
3. in Article 3 (6), the following point (e) is inserted after point (d):
"(e) 1 child in a school cooperative who is also educated in the grade of the special primary school,"
Points (e) to (h) shall be renumbered as points (f) to (i).
4. in Paragraph 3 (6) (g):
"(g) 1 child, 1 pupil in a school group in a department comprising only disabled participants, unless the child is being treated as referred to in (e) or as referred to in (f),"
5. in Article 3 (7) and (9), "(a) to (c) and (e) to (g) 'is replaced by" (a) to (c) and (e) to (h)';
6. In Article 3 (14), "(h) 'is replaced by" (i)';
7. In Article 7 (4), "(a) to (g) 'is replaced by" (a) to (h)';

Efficacy
This Decree takes effect on 31 August 2011.
