DECLARATION

of 2 June 1995
amending the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 67 / 1991 Coll., on the provision of scholarships to graduate students
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 35 (2) (a) of Act No. 172 / 1990 Coll., on Higher Education:
The Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports No. 67 / 1991 Coll., on the provision of scholarships to graduate students, is amended as follows:
1. Article 1 (2), including Notes 1) and 2) shall read as follows:
"(2) This decree applies to citizens of the Czech Republic as well as to foreigners, 1) who have been granted permanent residence permits or are granted refugee status in the Czech Republic; 2) Paragraph 4 also applies to foreigners who have been granted a permit for short or long stay in the Czech Republic.
1) § 1 (3) of Act No. 123 / 1992 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic.
2) Act No. 498 / 1990 Coll., on Refugees, as amended by Act No. 317 / 1993 Coll. '.
2. In Article 3 (1), the amount "3000 CZK 'is replaced by" 5000 CZK'.
3. Sections 5 and 6 are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1995.
