The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 26 paragraph 2 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 81 / 1980 Coll., on jurisdiction to grant, modify and withdraw authorisations to conclude a production specialisation contract or production cooperation with foreign Czechoslovak legal persons governed by national committees, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1988.
