repealing the Decree of the Ministry of Finance on the takeover of certain Yugoslav, Polish and Romanian securities by the Czechoslovak State
The Federal Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to § 2 (2) and § 4 of Act No. 57 / 1957 Coll., on the modification of certain claims and obligations between Czechoslovak and Yugoslav citizens, under § 4 and 5 of Act No. 38 / 1959 Coll., on the modification of certain claims and obligations between Czechoslovak and Polish persons, and under § 3 and 5 of Act No. 100 / 1961 Coll., on the modification of certain claims and obligations between Czechoslovak and Romanian persons:
They shall be deleted:
1st Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 192 / 1959 Ú. l., on the takeover of certain Yugoslav securities by the Czechoslovak State,
2. Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 137 / 1960 Coll., on the takeover of certain Polish securities by the Czechoslovak State,
3rd Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 125 / 1961 Coll., on the takeover of certain Romanian securities by the Czechoslovak State.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
