CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 30 November 1967
on national committees operating in the capital city of Prague
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on the following constitutional law:
The status and competence of the national committees in the capital of Prague are laid down in a special law.
Accordingly, Article 91 of the Constitution is amended as follows:
(1) National committees are regional, district and urban or local municipalities, in the urban districts of some cities there are district national committees.
(2) In Prague there is the National Committee of the Capital City of Prague and other national committees that determine the law; the law shall also determine their status and scope. ';
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
