The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
The decree of the President of the Republic of 22 August 1945, No. 57 Coll., on the salary and on the action and representation allowances of members of the Government, is hereby repealed.
The salaries of members of the government shall be adjusted to the level of the salaries of directors of larger industrial enterprises; the details shall be determined by the government.
The basic functional salary of members of the government is subject to taxation under the payroll tax law.
This legal measure shall take effect from 1 July 1960.
