regulating the legal situation of employees of the residual substance of commercial and commercial chambers not taken over by the State.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders according to the Act of 21 December 1948, No. 280 Coll., on Regional Establishment:
The employment relationship of employees of the residual substance of chambers of commerce and trade (industrial) which have not been recruited into public services (hereinafter referred to as "employees') shall cease, unless they have already been untied, on 30 April 1949.
Employees whose employment relationship with the residual substance of the Chamber of Commerce and Trade (industrial) was untied before 30 April 1949 or whose employment is terminated as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be paid if they enter a new employment relationship, for a period of three months from the date of entry into that ratio, an aid equal to the amount by which their gross wage in the new employment is less than the gross benefits they have enjoyed in their termination. This support is provided in Czech countries from special-purpose assets for support for inclusion in work, in Slovakia to the establishment of the Labour Management Fund through state resources.
The remaining liabilities of the chambers of commerce and trade (industrial), arising from the rules on social insurance under public law, in particular from the rules on transfers in public pension insurance and from the provisions of Section 268 (5) of the Act of 15 May 1948, No 99 Coll., on national insurance, in so far as they relate to persons who were employees of the latter, are transferred to the State. The Ministry of Finance shall be the authority responsible for fulfilling these obligations.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Social Welfare and Finance Ministers in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
