which the vulcaniser business is declared a craft.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The vulcaniser's livelihood is claimed to be a craft with the restrictions set out in Section 1, Section 5 of the Trade Code (Trade Code).
The licence for the craft trade otherwise prescribed shall be exempt from the application of this law:
(a) operate separately the vulcaniser business; or
(b) has been employed for at least 5 years in the trade of vulcaniser or in the manufacture of tyres by professional work of vulcaniser; or
(c) he has been employed in the manner referred to in (b) at all and has completed the total five-year period of employment in that employment under this law.
Unless otherwise provided for in this law, the provisions of the Trade Code (Trade Code) shall remain unaffected.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Industry.
