DECLARATION
of 18 January 2024
amending Decree No. 79 / 2013 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 373 / 2011 Coll., on Specific Health Services, (Decree on occupational medical services and certain types of assessment), as amended
According to § 95 (1) for the implementation of § 52 (a), (c) and (d) of Act No. 373 / 2011 Coll., on Specific Health Services, as amended by Act No. 202 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 79 / 2013 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 373 / 2011 Coll., on Specific Health Services, (Decree on occupational medical services and certain types of assessment care), as amended by Decree No. 436 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 452 / 2022 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Article 14a (1) (a), the part of the sentence after the semicolon, including the semicolon, shall be deleted;
2. in Article 15a, point (a) is deleted;
Points (b) to (d) shall be renumbered as points (a) to (c).
3. in Article 15a (1) (b), the words "indicated in the application for study" shall be deleted;
4. in Article 17 (1), point (a) shall be deleted;
Points (b) to (d) shall be renumbered as points (a) to (c).
5. in Article 17a (a), "17" is replaced by "16."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 31 January 2024.
