amending Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended, and certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Salary Act and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament
In Article 3 (3) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities connected with the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain State bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll. and the Constitutional Court's finding, published under No. 181 / 2012 Coll., the word "2.75 times" shall be inserted after the word "Year."
Transitional provision
The salary base under this Act shall be used for the first time for determining the salary and reimbursement of expenditure for January 2013.
Amendment of the Social Security Insurance Act and contribution to the State Employment Policy
In Article 5 (1) of Act No. 589 / 1992 Coll., on Social Security Insurance and Contributions to State Employment Policy, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 42 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 241 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 458 / 2011 Coll., and Act No. 470 / 2011 Coll., the words "except for reimbursement of expenses provided by a percentage of the salary base of representatives of state authorities and of judges 74). '

Amendment to the Public Health Insurance Insurance Act
In Article 3 (1) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on the Insurance of Public Health Insurance Act, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 324 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 42 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 241 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 59 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 458 / 2011 Coll., the words "with the exception of reimbursement of expenses provided by a percentage of the salary base to representatives of state authorities and to judges" are inserted after the words ".
Footnote 53 reads:
"53) Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., as amended. '
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
