DECLARATION
of 25 January 2011
amending Decree No. 492 / 2005 Coll., on Regional Standards, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 161 (4) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-school, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
Amendment to Decree No. 492 / 2005 Coll., on Regional Standards
Decree No. 492 / 2005 Coll., on Regional Standards, as amended by Decree No. 47 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 33 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 8 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (t) (1), "v" is replaced by "in primary school,"
2. In Article 2 (5), the word "overall 'is deleted.
3. In Article 2 (5) at the end of the first sentence and in Article 7 at the end of paragraph 5, the words "broken down into educational and non-educational staff 'shall be added.
4. Paragraph 4 (1), including footnote 17 to 19, reads as follows:
"(1) The basic amount shall be determined on the basis of the indicators referred to in Article 2 (1) by reference to:
(a) for schools and educational establishments whose activities are carried out by educational and non-educational staff:
1 / Np x PP x 12 x 1, Proc + 1 / No x Po x 12 x 1, Proc + ONIV,
(b) for schools and educational establishments whose activities are carried out only by educational staff:
1 / Np x PP x 12 x 1, Proc + ONIV,
(c) for educational establishments whose activities are carried out only by non-teaching staff:
1 / No x Po x 12 x 1, Proc + ONIV,
where Proc is the sum of the percentage of the rate of social security premiums and of the contribution to state policy by the employer (17), the percentage of the rate of general health insurance premiums paid by the employer for its employees (18), and the percentage to which the basic allocation to which the fund of cultural and social needs is constituted (19).

Efficacy
