repealing Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 331 / 1991 Coll., on certificates for new methods of prevention, diagnosis of diseases and human treatment
In agreement with the Industrial Property Office, the Ministry of Health provides for the implementation of § 88 (2) of Act No. 527 / 1990 Coll., on inventions, designs and improvements:
Decree No 331 / 1991 Coll., on certificates for new methods of prevention, diagnosis of diseases and human treatment, is repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
