GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 December 1994
declaring a binding part of the urban plan of the Grand Territory Unit
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the Mladá large territorial area plan as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The establishment plan of the Grand Territory of the Young, approved by Government Resolution No 723 / 1994, is deposited with the district offices in Nymburka and Mladá Byslav and the Ministry of Economy.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Binding part of the area plan of the large area unit Young
1. When using the territory, protect
(a) the route of the western circumference of the houses of Lusnice, Úzce and Bratronica and the eastern circumference of the Vlkava on the road I / 38,
(b) the route of the eastern bypass of Lysé nad Labem and the local adaptations in Venetian Vrutice and north Jiřic on Road II / 272;
(c) the area for connecting the road Venice above Jizerou - Maggots to the cross-level intersection of road R 10,
d) route for railway construction in the section Lysá nad Labem - Milovice,
(e) the territory for the construction of a lock in Lysé nad Labem,
(f) routes for high-pressure gas pipeline connections Lysá nad Labem (north) - Milovice-camp and Venetian Vrutice (north) - Milovice (north) - God's gift,
(g) areas for defined territorial environmental stability systems.
2. When using the airport of God's Dar, keep the hygiene limits of maximum noise levels in the residential areas of the municipalities of Magpie, Zbožíčka and Milovice.
3. The construction of the measures referred to in points 1 (a) to (f) shall be of public benefit.
