DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Transport
of 2 January 1979
on the competence of national rail administrations in the field of technical rail supervision
The Federal Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 20 (2) of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 104 / 1974 Coll. ("the Railway Act '):
The performance of state technical supervision on national routes, hauls, urban and special destinations (hereinafter referred to as "state technical supervision on railways') within the meaning of Section 20 (3) of the Railway Act, with the exception of those referred to in Section 2, is entrusted to the Central Directorate of the Czechoslovak State Railways, the Administration of the Eastern Railways with its registered office in Bratislava, the Administration of the Central Railway with its registered office in Olomouc, the Administration of the North-Western Railways with its registered office in Prague and the Administration of the South-Western Railways with its registered office in Pilsen.
The Federal Ministry of Transport sees (1) the performance of state technical supervision on railway lines, issues certificates, certificates, approvals and exceptions within the meaning of Section 20 (3) of the Railway Act, oversees the professional aspects of welding teaching and further coordinates the competence of state technical supervision on railway lines with other state professional supervision and produces expert opinions.
The following shall be deleted:
1. § 2 of Decree No. 68 / 1964 Coll., on the delegation of the State Administration's jurisdiction in railway matters,
2. § 2 (2) of the Directives on State technical supervision of national, railway, urban and special purpose railways, reg.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1979.
