DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 30 January 1978
on the issue of the commemorative silver hundreds for the 75th anniversary of the birth of Julius Fuchík
The Federal Ministry of Finance declares pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on monetary reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
(1) On the 75th anniversary of the birth of Communist journalist Julius Fuchík, commemorative silver hundred crowns are issued.
(2) The silver stockings are driven by an alloy of 700 pieces of silver and 300 pieces of copper. The weight of the hundred krone is 15 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down shall be allowed in weight 10 / 1000 and in silver content 5 / 1000. The diameter of the hundred crown is 33 mm, on its edge is the text "* I HAD YOU * WATCH!" performed by influence.
(3) On the face of the commemorative silver stokron is placed the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in the middle of the upper part, under it in two rows is the designation of the value "100 Kčs." The name of the State "CZECH SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC" is in a copy from left down in an unclosed circle.
(4) On the back of the commemorative silver stokron is a portrait of Julius Fučík in the left profile. His name "JULIUS FUČÍK" is placed in a copy on the left, the years "1903- 1978" right of the portrait. The author of the design for the commemorative silver stokron is Vladimir Oppl, whose brand "O" is placed in the middle under the portrait.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
