GOVERNMENT REGULATION
Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 4 February 1976
on the registration of inland vessels
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 12 paragraph 2 of Act No. 26 / 1964 Coll., on Inland Navigation, as amended by Act No. 126 / 1974 Coll.:
(1) In addition to the vessels registered under § 12 (1) of Act No. 26 / 1964 Coll., on Inland Navigation, as amended by Act No. 126 / 1974 Coll., the following vessels are subject, starting on 1 January 1977, to registration:
(a) sports and recreational craft of a total weight including authorised load of more than 1000 kg or with a total sail area of more than 10 m2 or with a self-propelled engine power of more than 4 kW;
(b) ferry vessels.
(2) The records of vessels referred to in paragraph 1 are kept by the State Navigation Administration in Prague and the State Navigation Administration in Bratislava.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
