Budget Act 1963
of 25 January 1963
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
State Budget Tasks for 1963
In accordance with the National Economy Development Plan, the State Budget for 1963 provides funding to ensure the planned tasks.
Determination of State Budget
(1) The total revenue of the State budget is set at CZK 125 876 949 000, the total expenditure is fixed at CZK 125 814 840 000, thus showing a difference in the revenue and expenditure of the management of CZK 62 109 000.
(2) The national budget includes the budgets of the national committees, the revenue and expenditure of which amount to 35 710 900 000 CZK.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1963.
