Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 29 January 1948
amending the Decree on the partial release of exports of gifts in kind and of relocated uppers.
According to Article 14 (3) of the Act of 11 April 1946, No 92 Coll., on Bound Foreign Exchange Economy (Foreign Exchange Act), I will establish in agreement with the National Bank of Czechoslovakia:
Articles 1, 2 and 2 of the Order of 25 October 1946, No 225 Coll., on the partial release of exports of gifts in kind and of relocated uppers, shall be deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
