ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 26 February 2021
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of the provisions of § 6 (1) (c) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 27 February 2021 at 00: 00 for the duration of the emergency
states that the operator of the information system of the data boxes does not receive remuneration under Section 18a (3) of Act No. 300 / 2008 Coll., on electronic operations and authorized conversion of documents, as amended.
