DECLARATION

of 27 March 2017

on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve Zlatnik and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Announcement of the national nature reserve

(1) The National Nature Reserve Zlatnik (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.

(2) A national nature reservation shall be declared as a territory as defined in paragraph 3, with the presence of:

(a) the natural rock and grass ecosystems of rocks and drolines, the vegetation of ephemés and succulents, dry lawns, lowland to mountain heaths and forests;

(b) natural shrubbery and forest ecosystems of low xerophilic shrubs, high mesophic and xerophilic shrubs and thermal doubras; and

(c) massive spray-treated varicolite built with sodalite phonolite, modelled freezing ripening processes, with high rock walls, rock columns, needles and towers, cryoplanting terraces, including stone seas with ice pits.

(3) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Ústí Region, in the cadastral territory of České Zlatníky. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of a single trigonometric network of cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.

(4) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this decree.

§ 2

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) permit or make changes to the type of land or use of the land (2); or

(b) carry out geological work linked to the intervention into the territory.

§ 3

Efficacy

This Decision shall enter into force on 15 April 2017.
