amending Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance against Public Health Insurance, as amended, Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended, and other related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Public Health Insurance Insurance Act
In Article 3c (1) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance for Public Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2009 Coll. and the statutory measure of the Senate No. 342 / 2013 Coll., the amount "5 829 CZK 'is replaced by" 6 259 CZK'.
Transitional provision
In the calendar month in which this Act takes effect, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic shall pay the premium for the special account of public health insurance for August 2014, plus the amount of the difference between the premium amount for July 2014, which was paid before the date of entry into force of this Act, and the premium amount for July 2014, calculated in accordance with Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., as amended by this Act.

1. In Paragraph 40, the following paragraphs 3 and 4 are inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) The health insurance company shall provide the contract provider with a payment of CZK 100 for each day in which the bed care was provided to the insured person during the period from 1 January to 31 December 2014, for each such insured person, the day on which the insured person was admitted to the provision of bed care and the day on which the provision of bed care was completed, shall be counted as one day (" compensation '). The health insurance company shall calculate the compensation on the basis of the data provided for bed care reported by the provider by 31 March 2015 and recognised by the health insurance company.
(4) The compensation referred to in paragraph 3 shall be granted in the form of monthly advances with subsequent billing. The basis of the advance shall be calculated as one twelfth of the sum of the regulatory fees for bed care which the provider was obliged to collect in 2013 for such care and declared to the health insurance undertaking the collection of this regulatory fee. In July 2014, the health insurance company shall pay the provider seven times the basis of the advance, no later than 31 July 2014. The monthly advances for August to December 2014 shall be paid by the health insurance undertaking to the provider at the rate of the basis of the advance no later than the last day of each such calendar month. The monthly advance payments and the calculated compensation of the health insurance undertaking shall be settled by 30 June 2015. ';
Paragraphs 3 to 14 shall become paragraphs 5 to 16.

Amendment of the Act on the amendment of laws related to the establishment of one collection point and other changes to tax and insurance laws
In section sixteenth of Article XXV, point 38 of Act No. 458 / 2011 Coll., on the amendment of laws related to the establishment of one collection post and other changes to tax and insurance laws, the amount "5 355 CZK" is replaced by "6 259 CZK."
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall take effect on 1 July 2014, with the exception of Part Five, which shall take effect on 1 January 2015.
