DECLARATION
of 11 April 2011
amending Decree No. 74 / 2005 Coll., on Home Education
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to Sections 112 and 121 (1) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
Decree No. 74 / 2005 Coll., on Home Education, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 8, at the end of the text of paragraph 1, the words "or, where appropriate, children in the preparatory class of one or more primary schools and children in the preparatory stage of one or more special primary schools' shall be added.
2. Paragraph 9 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Children from primary school education classes or primary school preparatory classes may also be admitted to regular daily attendance, pupils from second-degree primary school, pupils from lower grade of six or eight-year-olds or corresponding years of the eight-year conservatory education programme. The following shall be added:
3. In Article 9 (3), the words "or children 'shall be inserted after the words" pupils'.
4. Paragraph 10 (3), including footnote 2, reads:
"(3) If the department consists of only disabled participants, the maximum number of participants in the department is the same as the highest number of pupils in the class set up for disabled pupils under special legislation (m2).
2) Article 10 (1) of Decree No. 73 / 2005 Coll., on the education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs and children, pupils and students of extraordinary talents. "
5. In Article 10 (5), the words "and their possible special educational needs' shall be inserted after the words" activities of participants'.
Efficacy
This Decree takes effect on 31 August 2011.
