DECLARATION

of 8 April 2010

on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Rečkov and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Subject matter of protection

(1) The National Natural Monument of Rečkov ("National Natural Monument") is announced.

(2) The object of the protection is the saltwater and knee-free meadows and natural wetlands forming the biotope of rare and endangered species of plants and animals, including the populations of Siberian ash (Ligularia sibirica) and swamp grinder (Vertigo moulinsiana). The protection also covers the habitat types and species for which another legislation has been adopted (1), the European site of Rečkov, which is located in the territory of the National Natural Monuments of Rečkov.

§ 2

Definition of national natural heritage

The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region, in the cadastral territory of Nová Ves u Bakova nad Jizerou and in the cadastral territory of Malá Bělá. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides, the vertices of which are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network of the cadastral2). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree. An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument is given in Annex 3 to this Decree.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument

(a) to make changes to the type of land or the way in which it is used (3);

(b) to store wood or other materials, including temporarily;

(d) establish hunting facilities.

§ 4

Protection zone

The protection zone of the national natural heritage is situated in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region in the cadastral territory of Nová Ves u Bakova nad Jizerou. The boundaries of the national natural monument protection zone shall be determined by a separate enclosed geometric pattern with direct sides, the vertices of which are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network system of the cadastral2). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 2 to this decree. The indicative graphical representation of the national natural heritage protection zone is given in Annex 3 to this Decree.

§ 5

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2010.
