GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 February 2004
suspending the periodic withdrawal obligation of citizens subject to a military obligation
The Government mandates pursuant to § 12 (7) of Act No. 218 / 1999 Coll., on the scope of the defence obligation and on the military administrative offices (Defence Act):
(1) The regular withdrawal obligation for citizens subject to a military obligation is suspended for the period from 1 July 2004 to 31 December 2004.
(2) The suspension of the periodic withdrawal obligation referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply to citizens who apply for admission to service under special legislation. 1)
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication and shall expire on 1 January 2005.
