amending National Security Office Decree No. 76 / 1999 Coll., on ensuring cryptographic protection of classified information, carrying out certification of cryptographic devices and certification formalities
According to Articles 52 (5) and 53 (3) of Act No. 148 / 1998 Coll., on the protection of classified information and on the amendment of certain laws, the National Security Authority provides for:
Decree No. 76 / 1999 Coll., on ensuring cryptographic protection of classified information, carrying out certification of cryptographic devices and certification requirements, is amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Article 11 (1), "Article 10 'is replaced by" Article 9'.
2. In the first sentence of Article 12 (4), "Article 8 'is replaced by" Article 7'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
