The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 26 March 1996, in plenary, on a proposal from a group of 31 Members of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to repeal the generally binding Order of the City of Nová Paka of 25 October 1994 on the prohibition of Communist, Nazi and fascist propaganda in the territory of Nové Paka
as follows:
The Decree of the City of Nová Paka of 25 October 1994 on the prohibition of communist, Nazi and fascist propaganda on the territory of Nové Paka is repealed on the day of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
