DECLARATION

of 8 October 1971
amending and supplementing Decree No. 105 / 1964 of the State Social Security Office Coll., on the pension insurance of individual farmers and other persons self-employed and on the provision of a provision to members of their families, as amended by Regulations No. 93 / 1968 Coll., No. 181 / 1968 Coll. and No. 77 / 1970 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic, with the Central Council of the Czechoslovak Revolutionary Trade Union Movement and with the other participating central authorities pursuant to § 145 of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security of Cooperative Farmers, as amended:
The Decree of the State Social Security Office No. 105 / 1964 Coll., on the pension insurance of individual farmers and other persons self-employed and on the provision of a provision to members of their families, as amended by Decree No. 93 / 1968 Coll., No. 181 / 1968 Coll. and No. 77 / 1970 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The following paragraph 5 is added to Paragraph 9:
"(5) The lowest pension rate, which is the sole source of income of the pensioner as set out in paragraph 3, may be increased, subject to other conditions, from 500 CZK to 550 CZK and from 850 CZK to 900 CZK to persons who have not employed permanently foreign workers while operating an agricultural establishment or other self-employment. '
2. Paragraph 11 is added to paragraph 5 as follows:
"(5) The lowest pension rate, which is the sole source of income of the pensioner, provided for in paragraphs 3 and 4, may be increased from 500 CZK to 550 CZK for persons who have not employed permanently foreign workers in the course of the operation of an agricultural establishment or other self-employment activity, subject to other conditions. '
3. The aid for the birth of a child provided for in § 23a of the amount of 1000 CZK shall be increased to 2000 CZK for each child born after 30 September 1971.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
