DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic

supplementing Decree No 5 / 1958 of the Ú. l., which lays down more detailed provisions on civil ID
The Ministry of Interior of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic provides in an agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 13 of Act No. 75 / 1957 Coll., on Civil Documents:
Decree No 5 / 1958 of the Úl. is added as follows:
Paragraph 2 is added as follows:
"(5) A citizen who is unable to present his current identity card, although he has already been issued, is obliged to submit a certificate of the beginning and, where appropriate, termination of his employment from all organisations for which he has been employed in the last 12 months. A citizen who is not in employment shall be required to submit a document confirming that fact. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
