Government Regulation
of 5 April 1949
on the adjustment of the service and pay ratios of civil nursing staff in military medical institutions.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 210, paragraph 1 of the Act of 24 June 1926, No 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (the Law of payment):
Government Decree of 17 March 1927, No 22 Coll., on the treatment of the service and pay ratios of world caregivers in the civil state institutions of the medical and humanitarian and general hospital in Prague, as amended, is amending and complementary to the treatment of service and pay ratios of civil caregivers (nurses) and civil assistant caregivers (nurses) in military medical institutes.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1948; they shall be carried out by the Minister for National Defence in agreement with the ministers involved.
