Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 19 May 1948
on the stamping and extradition of the twenty.
Under Article 3 of the Act of 11 March 1948, No 39 Coll., on the tender of the Czechoslovak currency,
(1) The coins of the Czechoslovak currency after 20 pennies come from a mixture of 92 pieces of copper and 8 parts of zinc. From a kilogram of coin metal, 500 pieces of twenties are rolled. The diameter is 18 mm. During stamping, the deviation up and down is allowed in gross weight 20 / 1000 and in purity 10 / 1000.
(2) The figure of the Czechoslovak Republic is on the face of the twenty-year-old, around it the inscription "REPUBLIC OF CZECHOSLOVSKÁ" in one row with small decoration as the end and the year of the stroke.
(3) On the reverse of the twenty-year-old, there is a nope of ears with a sickle in it, and a lip branch, wrapped in a ribbon, and a mark of the value of "20." On the bottom right is the name of the original "O. SPANIEL."
The 20-year-olds will be issued by the National Bank of Czechoslovakia at its headquarters in Prague and at its Regional Institute for Slovakia in Bratislava, as well as at all its regional offices, on the day of the publication of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
