GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 April 2023
amending Government Regulation No 178 / 2015 Coll., establishing a minimum number of establishments for the provision of basic services
The Government orders pursuant to § 41 (2) of Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on Postal Services and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Postal Services), as amended by Act No. 212 / 2013 Coll.:
In Article 1 of Decree-Law No 178 / 2015 Coll., establishing the minimum number of establishments for the provision of basic services, "3 200 'is replaced by" 2 900'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
